Wild strawberry gelato with a soft coral colour and a fresh, fruit-led character. A delicate ripple of berry brings a small change of texture through the creamy base.

Pistachio is the quieter member of the collection: rounded, warm and subtly savoury. A little sea salt gives definition to the nut flavour and balances the sweetness.
